Happy Anniversary!

Tim & I celebrated our 5 year anniversary today! What an incredible 5 years it has been! It really is strange that it has only been 5 years, since we have known eachother for about 17!!

Tim is a WONDERFUL husband and a GREAT Daddy! I am glad that he has been so patient with me for the past 17 years. I am so blessed to have such a WONDERFUL man in my life! Thanks babe for all that you do for me and Payton...and the dogs :-) I know how much you love them. You are a great example to our family.

I love you!!

A sad day at the Truman household

Well the day has finally come that Tim has come out of his midlife crisis!! He sold not one but BOTH of his babies tonight! This really is a monumental day! I think he is little less stressed, maybe a little sad...I think I heard him crying himself to sleep :-)

Cheesecake Factory

Payton, Tim and I went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner but mainly for dessert! I love their Strawberry Shortcake and their Apple Crisp! But no cheesecake please! The best part about it is Tim gets a plain piece of cheesecake with Strawberry topping...with all of that assortment and that's what he gets :-) He also gets plain chocolate ice cream regardless of where we go.

Bonk!

We were at my mom and dad's house tonight and Payton had a stinky bum. So my mom said "let's go change your bum" Payton started running for Grandma's room and when my mom turned on the light she was flat on the ground crying. When my mom picked her up we found this nice "bonk" on her right eye. She had hit the corner of my mom's dresser, OUCH!! She is a trooper! She didn't cry for that long.

Here are a few photos where she was showing me her "bonk" You can tell by the facials that she was really hurting :-)

no know this song..

Tonight we went to Wal-Mart, I know our Friday nights are sooooo fun :-) While we were there we bought Payton a "Dora" book that plays songs. So Payton would push one of the songs and I would sing it. One of the songs I told her "I don't know this song" Well when we got home and I was getting her ready for bed she would push the buttons and I would sing. When we got to the one song, she would push the button, look at me and say, "no know this song" and laugh. It was so funny to me that she caught onto that and remembered it from the store.

the heartburn has begun :-(

Just this week I have started to get heartburn....bummer! I get it though if I don't eat and sometimes depending on what I eat. Well at least I got my last lunch at La Frontera before it kicked in!! YUMMY!! Who doesn't love their smothered burritos with cheese??

"Ok, Honey"

On Sunday Payton was doing something, I can't remember what but Tim told her, "You can't do that honey" and she replied, "OK, Honey" It was the funniest thing! The rest of the day Payton kept calling her dad "honey"

It was as cute as can be!

Just a few photos...

Payton and I had a "girl's day" so I decided to take a few photos of her before we headed to the Farmers Market and lunch with Grandma and Papa.

Here are a few of the photos that we took....

An afternoon at Hogle Zoo

We decided yesterday to take a trip to the ZOO today! Well when we woke up the weather did not cooperate. So we did a little shopping, went to lunch at Cheesecake Factory and by then the sky had cleared and we headed to the ZOO for the afternoon. It was GREAT!! The weather was cool and there was hardly anyone there. A perfect day for Payton's first visit to the Zoo. We had a good day!! Payton said "BYE" to all of the animals as we would leave them, "Bye Gorilla" and "Bye Giraffe". Tim took her on the carousel and she LOVED it!! I was really surprised by this as I was not sure how she would do. Here are a few photos from our day at the zoo!

USANA's International Convention

All last week I spent many days and nights downtown Salt Lake at our International Convention. We had about 10,000 people here. It was a GREAT time but I missed my Payton and Timmy sooooo much!! Our daycare lady was out of town so Payton got to spend many days with Aunt Patty! Thank you Patty!! She loved every minute of it!! Tim and Payton came down on Friday and we went to dinner with some of our top leaders. Payton was such a good girl. It was a great week!! But my feet are thankful that it is over :-)
