I'm Home...for a little while!

I am actually home this weekend! I think it is a first in about 6 weeks. I have been traveling quite a bit for work. I have been back to California where I went to Long Beach and San Jose. I stayed in a haunted mansion in San Jose, the Hayes Mansion. The group I went to see asked me where I was staying and when I told them, " the location the event is at" They got really quiet. So I asked if it was in a bad area and they said "no, it is a beautiful hotel but I just would not stay there."

I'm not sure if you believe in that kind of stuff but the stories I heard were enough to keep me up until 3:30 AM. When I actually woke up I could hear something scratching on my window. Needless to say, I was definitely startled, but it was only a squirrel :-)

After my adventures in California, I left for Florida! We went to see Cirque du Soleil "La Nouba" at Downtown Disney! It was AMAZING!! I LOVE going and watching these shows. I am always truly amazed at what they do in these shows. They always push the envelope. I would love to see one of their practices and how they come up with the tricks that they do. Well I was in Florida for a week and ready to come home after 2 days. It was a bit long....

Then onto Denver! I flew in and it was a blizzard! May 1st and it was snowing like crazy. I don't know about you but I am so DONE with the snow and cold weather. Luckily I was only in Denver for one night and then I came home!!

Tim did such a great job with Payton, although I think she ate peanut butter sandwiches every night!! :-) He is a GREAT dad and hubby! Thanks babe for all of your help, do you think you could do the laundry & dishes next time? :-)

Well after being gone for 6 weeks the funny thing is, Tim is actually out of town. He left today for Texas for work and then he heads to Vegas for his annual golf tournament with his dad and brothers. He told me it is all about having fun.....HA HA HA HA...I'm not sure that Tim knows how to just "have fun" when it comes to competition of any kind. He is a little competitive! Just a little though, right honey??

Well it is a girls weekend with Payton! I am actually looking forward to being home and cleaning my house...it definitely needs it!!
